Maranatha Baptist Church operates MBC Men’s Toolbox for men’s ministry events, service opportunities, discipleship, and feedback. Questions about this policy or requests concerning your information can be sent to cartercharlie1015@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you use a form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number, event RSVP, service signup, discipleship interest and availability, and feedback or questionnaire answers. If you opt in to text updates, we record your phone number, the consent statement, the form where you signed up, and the time of your consent.

How we use it

We use your information to manage ministry activities, respond to requests, coordinate volunteers, and send relevant email confirmations. We send a one-time confirmation text only if you select that option. We send occasional event, service, and discipleship text updates only if you separately opt in to text updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Opting in to texts is optional. You can use the site without agreeing to receive texts.

Who can see it

The ministry coordinator can see the submissions needed to organize events and follow up. Service signup names may be visible to visitors so they can see which needs are filled. Discipleship details and feedback are intended for the coordinator. Providers that help operate the site and deliver communications, including site hosting, Google Apps Script/Gmail for email, and Twilio for SMS when enabled, may process information to provide those services.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your choices

Reply STOP to a text to opt out of further texts from that number, or contact cartercharlie1015@gmail.com to ask about your information or request its removal from our lists. We keep information as needed to coordinate ministry activities and respond to requests, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
